labor
From Labor, dedicated to all workers.
For those who find joy in creating from materials that inspire them.
For those who discover beauty in a piece of sandpaper,
in a measuring tape that always accompanies them, in a scrap of fabric,
in a forgotten piece of paper, or in an ungerminated seed
Our story is born from Leticia's lifestyle, from her way of inhabiting the body and the world. It emerges from a world without schedules, without constraints, where wandering the city, watering a plant, selling a painting, or building furniture hold the same value. We believe that the way we inhabit the body speaks of a territory that calls us to be a part of it, to work it, to take care of it, and to be cared for by it.
We believe that work is a passion, a lifestyle in itself. Our story begins in Colombia, in a house and a workshop built with creative hands. The narrative stems from a call to be more aware of what surrounds us, to inhabit work in many different dimensions, and to understand the plurality of our endeavors.

Material Development

The garments worn by workers are not typically designed to navigate all the spaces they inhabit. This is why the brand emerges in a context where creators are accustomed to having to cover their clothing for their everyday work. These forms of covering, translated into overalls or aprons, have pigeonholed the artist's work into a single definition. When, in reality, their tasks are diverse, and art is a lifestyle. Whether working in a workshop or in small corners of their homes, artists have turned the way they inhabit the garments they wear while creating into a conscious ritual.
The brand responds to the possibility of inhabiting the body from and for work. Its lines and collections are born under the premises of consciousness, versatility, and mobility, allowing workers to feel in constant connection with their bodies and their tasks. The goal is to create garments adaptable to the worker's lifestyle and their way of inhabiting and moving in common spaces. The brand's lines will be focused on how and why they are designed. The aim is to accompany the worker in their tasks where safety, comfort, and functionality will always take center stage.
cocoon
This line is inspired by individuals who work with patience and delicacy. The garments are constructed with lightweight materials, allowing the skin to breathe and enabling the worker to inhabit their body with ease. The pieces conform to the body during work, primarily addressing the need for comfort at any moment an activity is performed.

carapace
This line is inspired by the need to be protected while working without covering everyday clothing. The garments are constructed with durable materials, featuring flame-resistant properties for protection against high temperatures, high visibility, protection against mechanical risks, and chemical risks. The pieces allow the body to perform its tasks practically, providing a sensation akin to a second skin.
